About
Jason Belvill
Jason Belvill is a high-performance wellness entrepreneur, former Division I athlete, U.S. Air Force veteran, and co-founder of Longevity Loft. His work centers on a simple but powerful principle: health and wellness as a lifestyle—the foundation that supports how we train, work, parent, lead, travel, and build meaningful lives over the long term.
Jason’s perspective is shaped by lived experience at the intersection of athletics, military discipline, entrepreneurship, and family life. Rather than treating fitness, recovery, business, or relationships as separate pursuits, he views them as integrated expressions of the same operating system—one rooted in discipline, resilience, and intentional habits. His approach reflects what it means to prioritize longevity, performance, and well-being while navigating real-world responsibilities in your 40s, including business ownership, marriage, parenting, travel, and leadership.
A graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Mechanics and a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from USC, Jason served more than a decade in the U.S. Air Force, including six years on active duty. His career included leadership roles in satellite and aircraft acquisition, mission assurance, and large-scale program management, overseeing multi-billion-dollar defense initiatives and earning multiple performance and leadership commendations. During this time, he also represented the United States internationally on the All-Armed Forces Soccer Team, reinforcing a lifelong commitment to training, recovery, and disciplined performance.

Alongside his military service, Jason built deep expertise in health and preventative care as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and entrepreneur. He co-founded BodySpec, a nationally recognized health technology company that pioneered accessible mobile DEXA body composition scanning across major U.S. markets, helping tens of thousands of people better understand and engage with their health data.
Today, Jason is the co-founder of Longevity Loft, a science-backed recovery and longevity studio offering cryotherapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, and compression. The studio reflects Jason’s personal lifestyle and philosophy—recovery and wellness as tools to support consistency, resilience, and long-term performance, not quick fixes. Longevity Loft emphasizes education, community, and integrity, allowing clients to integrate recovery naturally into their daily lives.
In addition to his work in wellness, Jason serves as Director of Business Development at Club ULD, Denver’s award-winning dog daycare founded by his wife, Angelique Belvill, where he supports growth, strategy, and customer experience. Splitting time between Bothell, Washington and Denver, Colorado, Jason remains deeply committed to family, community, and service.
Through speaking engagements, podcasts, partnerships, and content, Jason shares practical insights on building resilient bodies, disciplined habits, and intentional lives. His mission is to help people—and the businesses and communities they build—sustain high performance, health, and well-being for the long run.
